Returns & Shipping
All online orders are typically shipped within 3 business days, but most get processed within 24 hours. Most of our domestic shipments are done via UPS and are quoted during the online check out process. For PO Box shipment, please contact us at email@example.com. When ordering online, our integrated UPS shipping configurator will provide various offers for shipment methods, including ground, expedited and next day, to name a few. If you need an item before a certain date, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at (973) 500-4224, so we can ensure a proper delivery date.
Couture Traders may choose a different shipping carrier in the event of an oversized or overweight package. When checking out, please make sure that the shipping address is the correct one. We are only responsible to ship to the address listed.
Customers are automatically sent a tracking number when the item is fulfilled and are responsible for tracking the item in transit until delivery. Couture Traders will not be responsible for missing packages if the carrier has provided delivery confirmation to the customer’s shipping address entered at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, email us for next steps.
For international clients, please be aware that we will not cover any import duties or taxes. Items are shipped with the full declared value.
Carrier calculated at checkout via UPS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED/IGNORED AND/OR IF THE CARRIER CLASSIFIES AS UNABLE TO DELIVER SHIPMENTS. Pricing does not include duties/taxes for international shipments. Should your shipment incur duties/taxes, these are the customers responsibility and release Couture Traders from any/all liability pertaining to said shipment. Items are shipped with the full declared value.
At this time Couture Traders cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases made online or remotely. Please keep this in mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please also be aware that all items listed with us are preowned. Some may be described as ‘new with tags’. All items are listed using the Couture Traders best practices condition chart. Conditions are labeled by our expert associates and take into account current condition of each and every item. Please see the table below for our “Condition Chart.”

|Item appears unused. May contain faint signs of wear due to storage conditions.
|Item is clean and contains very little wear. Any notable flaws or signs of wear will be minimal.
|Item shows some wear and signs of previous use, but still has a lot of life in it. Slightly worm corners, creases in leather, and tarnished hardware may be visible.
|Item does show moderate signs of prior use. Surface scratches, slight darkening in handles, and other indications of wear be visible.
|Item will have noticeable signs of wear such as well scuffed edges or significant scratches. Good condition items often present our customers with greatest opportunity to save significantly on authentic luxury items.
Please review all photos carefully with zoom prior to purchasing. If a flaw is shown in a photo but not written out in the description, this is not considered misrepresentation.
All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is found to be counterfeit with a third party reviewer, please contact us for further instructions. We must be alerted of any issues within 3 days of the tracking indicating delivery.
